We do not control, endorse, or verify the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by users. Any agreement or transaction is strictly between the Provider and the Client.
4. User Conduct & Safety
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the service for any illegal activities, scams, fraud, harassment, violence, non-consensual acts, or any actions that could harm the business, its reputation, or its users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, etc.) you post on the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content. You grant Good Companion a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD COMPANION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Companion and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
